Anyone who is a landscaping contractor, with a license is needed and welcome to bid on this project.
#1) Consists of 290 tons of Madison Gold - 1/2 inch minus, and spreading it across road ways at 2 inches thick. Pre-Emergent
#2) Contouring @ 40 tons of clean fill - Mounds are 24-36 inches high. Fill dirt on site and I have a tractor to move it where you need it.
#3) Pavers Curbing - Seville 12x12 banding - 1450 square feet
#4) Project 1- Pavers - Seville - Sand Set - random pattern, Total Square feet is: 1,850
#5) Project 2 - Pavers - Seville - Sand Set - Step Pads using12x12s, 4 foot squares, setting pattern is Square Set, 42 total step pads = Total Square feet is: 168
#6) Project 3 - Rip Rap - Table Mesa Brown - 85 tons 3" to 6" riverbed fill for drainage plan.
That my folks is just the start - next phase will consist of sod, sprinklers, timers, barbecue pits, decking, seat walls, planter walls, etc.

If you don't have a license maybe we can still work together -it's for a large corporation and they’re pretty strict with their company policies.

If you want to bid on any one particular project, and not the entire first phase, you are all welcome you to do so.
In addition: if you want to bid on just the labor - LABOR ONLY - I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO DO SO
I will purchase materials, - you supply labor if you wish.
